So often the hardest part of reaching for a healthier you is both getting started & staying consistent. Having a Personal Trainer can be just the thing to get you going & keep you going. It can be even harder when you feel like you don’t belong at the gym or in the “fitness” world. I want you to know when you work with me, YOU ARE WELCOME & YOU BELONG, no matter where you are in your journey or what shape or size your body is! I work with people individually or in a group setting, as well as, remotely or in person. Together, we can find what works best for you.
