Training Sessions

Private sessions are designed to meet your needs & goals with individualized attention. You don’t need to belong to a gym or have a fancy home set-up. You can come to me and use my equipment, or I will work with you in your space or gym. You can stay consistent & stay accountable right in your own home!

Individual rate - $70 per hour

Small group classes are made to help you reach for your fitness goals with fun & connection to community. While you won’t have individualized workouts, you will still receive the attention you need to make sure you have proper form & keep you connected & consistent.

Group Rates - $15 per person (5 person minimum) Sliding scale is available for Activist & Community Groups.

Nutrition Coaching

“There’s a lot of flexibility in how to eat for healthy aging. ‘One size does not fit all,’” wrote Dr. Hu, a professor of nutrition & epidemiology, in the NY Times article, How to Eat for a Long & Healthy Life.

Nutrition IS what will keep you healthy for the long run, and I’m not talking about running an actual marathon. What we put in our bodies affects our energy, our immune system, our mood & brain health, our resilience and more! The different advice & ways of eating well can be overwhelming & one size does NOT fit all. That’s where I come in. It doesn’t have to be complicated & you CAN eat well for health & longevity without counting calories, tracking macros, eliminating entire food groups or turning to weight loss drugs or surgery (that can come with negative side effects). Find the food freedom that you deserve that allows you to eat healthy & ENJOY your food!

Group nutrition coaching starts with an initial 60 - 90 minute group call to discuss the details & share tips you will need to get started and answer any questions. I will follow up by sharing recipes, my daily tracker sheet & meal plans, that can be adapted as needed. I will have a daily check in with each group member and assign accountability buddies for those that want it. We will have an additional group call after the first week to check in and answer any questions that have come up. This group is for 30 days.

Nutrition Group Coaching - $175

Individual nutrition coaching starts with an initial 60 - 90 minute call to discuss the details & share tips you will need to get started. I will learn more about your eating habits & learn how & where you need assistance. I will follow up by sharing recipes, my daily tracker sheet & meal plans (if called for) that can be adapted as needed. I will have a daily check in with you and we will schedule a weekly 30 minute call. This package is for 30 days.

Individual Nutrition Coaching - $285

IF you choose to sign-up for an additional 30 days, the second month is $185.

For Private Training clients wanting Individual Nutrition Coaching, as well, a reduced rate of $225 would apply as a courtesy for the initial 30 days.
